About the training
A well-being learning environment is a combination of mental, social, and physical conditions created
for learning that supports the learner’s self-efficacy and self-esteem, the development of life skills and
social competences, and mental and physical health in general. It is a part of a business company’s life
to use coaching, counseling, or supervision to help their professionals perform at the best of their
abilities. In education, this kind of support is rare, and teachers tend to be assessed rather than helped
to develop.
Target Audience
Experienced teachers, adult educators, trainers, department heads, managerial or administrative staff
Learning outcomes
The training will support the enhancement of your capacity to:

• understand and explain the components of a learning environment that creates well-
being;

• analyse the key elements of a well-being-creating learning environment from the
perspective of the learner, the trainer/teacher and the trainings` manager/managerial
staff;
• support the creation of a well-being learning environment;
• handle job issues with stronger awareness and capacity to cooperate with colleagues;
• learn how to handle stress and avoid burnout;
• introducing the coaching model, basic coaching skills, principles, and tools.
Daily Program
The standard program spans 7 days. The initial day focuses on icebreaker activities for participants to
acquaint themselves, an introduction to the course topic, and hands-on activities demonstrating the
course’s online platform. The concluding day involves follow-up discussions, individual consultations,
guidance on implementing the training with students, teachers, colleagues and etc, seeking mentor
support, and concludes with a certificate ceremony.
Validation
The course participants will receive:
• certificate of participation;
• Europass mobility document;
• learning agreement and learning agreement compliment;
• declaration of attendance.
Module 1: INTRODUCTION
To increase the participants’ awareness about the wellbeing environment in education. What is stress
and burnout? Physical, emotional, mental and behavioural symptoms of stress.
• Introduction and course overview
• Ice breaking, Individual expectations.
• Introduction to the wellbeing in education
• What is stress and burnout? Physical, emotional, mental and behavioural symptoms of stress.
• Beliefs, the relation between our thinking and stress
• The impact of emotions on teaching and learning ability
• Releasing disturbing emotions and becoming emotionally free

Module 2: WELLBEING ENVIRONMENT
To broaden the participants’ knowledge and widening skills of the wellbeing environment in the
context of management, organisational culture and good practices as well as individual aspects.
• Culture as a supporting element of the development of physical and mental wellbeing,
attitudes to change, and change management
• Learning environment and its quality
• Engagement in learning
Module 3: INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE MOTIVATION
To enhance the participants’ motivation through a series of innovative activities that promote wellness
and well-being in an ideal learning environment.
• Social and psychological aspects ensuring the learning environment
• Inclusive and well-being learning and teaching methods
• Support of learning/teaching process and the self-development
• Career and self-fulfilment planning
• Taking responsibility in the learning process.
Module 4: HARMONY OF AND BETWEEN EDUCATIONAL ACTORS
To improve communication among educational actors and thus, to strengthen cooperation at the
workplace by maintaining sustainable and positive relations with colleagues.
• Harmony of and between Educational Actors
• Basic Communication skills and Active listening
• How to improve Workplace Communication
• Concentric Circles, Conflict-Resolution
• Building sustainable relation at work
Module 5: COACHING SKILLS
In each session, participants will be provided with many opportunities to practise and integrate the
skills, attitudes, behaviours and conversational pathways that a coach-like leader or teacher-leader
needs to inhabit when working with teachers, students, other administrators, colleagues or parents.
• Introducing the coaching model, basic coaching skills, principles, and tools.
• Developing concrete coaching skills for communicating and facilitating conversations with
increased attention and intention.
• Developing coaching skills for supporting mentee learning and growth through the use of
impactful questions, deep listening and meaningful feedback.
• Engaging in coaching practice: demonstration coaching, peer coaching with guided
observation, and reflection.
• Setting intentions for key areas of learning and the integration of coaching skills within
leadership.
Module 6: FLEXIBILITY OF THE SYSTEM
To acquire skills to improve adaptability and flexibility to build an inclusive, learning-friendly
environment by adaptation of the learning process to respond to changing needs.
• Flexibility of the system to enhance diversity
• Skills to improve the group’s adaptability and flexibility
Module 7: COURSE CLOSURE AND EVALUATION
Assessment of course learning outcomes, feedback and discussion, certificates.
